+1 on this. I run the 23xxx versions and a far back as I can remeber it has always been like that... I am still looking for a fix for that

Has anyone been having issues with May28 build of 21905 Sense2.5 cookie when it comes to MMS? I downloaded and installed the Arcsoft fix for verizon already with no luck. Any advice? Thanks.

MMS Instuctions:

HTC has already been disabled and arcsoft has already been installed by NRGZ. Installing any of the mms fixes or HTC disable will probably break MMS.

Verizon:

(Confirmed)

After flashing your rom...
Do not install any cabs for mms. Just run Carrier Provisioning and you should be done.

To raise sending and receiving limit go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ArcSoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\UI\SizeLimit]
"Wap2SendLimit1"=dword:00019000
"Wap2SendLimit2"=dword:00032000
"Wap2SendLimit3"=dword:0004b000
"Wap2RecvLimit1"=dword:00019000
"Wap2RecvLimit2"=dword:00032000
"Wap2RecvLimit3"=dword:0004b000
"Wap1SendLimit1"=dword:00019000
"Wap1SendLimit2"=dword:00032000
"Wap1SendLimit3"=dword:0004b000
"Wap1RecvLimit1"=dword:00019000
"Wap1RecvLimit2"=dword:00032000
"Wap1RecvLimit3"=dword:0004b000
"Wap1RecvCount"=dword:00000003
"Wap2RecvCount"=dword:00000003
"Wap2SendCount"=dword:00000003
"Wap1SendCount"=dword:00000003

Change wap2recvlimit3 and wap2sendlimit3 to 5000000 or whatever number you like under decimal, NOT HEX. then you should be able to see under mms options that the third selection will be changed to 4.xmb.

Sprint:

After flashing your rom...
You will need to make to regedits (listed below)

You can install this cab (provided by Boushh) that will make these for you

Reg edits

Change MmscURI key value to "http://mms.sprintpcs.com/servlets/mms" (without "")
Change all 4 WAP key values to "5120000" (without "")

HKLM\SOFTWARE\ArcSoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\MMSCSetting\SampleMMSC2
Change MmscURI key value to "http://mms.sprintpcs.com/servlets/mms" (without "")
Change all 4 WAP key values to "5120000" (without "")

USCellular:

Here is a cab for these settings

Reg Edits

HKLM\SOFTWARE\ArcSoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\MMSCSetting\SampleMMSC
Change MmscURI key value to "http://mmsc.cingular.com" (without "")
Change ConnectionVia string value to "97626DCF-818F-4be1-AC7E-77DA1B01F145" (without "")
Change Gateway key value to "wireless.cingular.com" (without "")
Change Port Number key value to "80" (without "")
Change all 4 WAP key values to "5120000" (without "")

HKLM\SOFTWARE\ArcSoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\MMSCSetting\SampleMMSC2
Change MmscURI key value to "http://mmsc.cingular.com" (without "")
Change ConnectionVia string value to "97626DCF-818F-4be1-AC7E-77DA1B01F145" (without "")
Change Gateway key value to "wireless.cingular.com" (without "")
Change Port Number key value to "80" (without "")
Change all 4 WAP key values to "5120000" (without "")

If anyone has any other mms settings for any other providers... Or if anything here is incorrect, please let me know so I can update this since it gets asked every single time a new rom comes out (or sooner) LOL

for the att side, i know you answered this for me a while back and i waited for the may 28 version to come out to flash and try the mms on att. Even with those changes i am not able to receive. Makes me want to throw the vzw tp2 against the wall, but then i remember how much is it to get new so i dont.

do you think if an att tilt2 arcsoft manager cab exist, and it is installable to the cdma vzw tp2 would that fix the issue.

I know when i had the alltel tp1 and flashed Energy roms or any other rom besides stock, would have to reinstall an alltel mms arcsoft cab to make it work. any help would be greatly apreciated.

Has anyone confirmed mms to recieve on att network with a cdma tp2? If so please share on how.

thanks

Re: |CDMA Rhodium|¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.- 'Energy' |May 28| 21905|23569 -.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸¸.

Good question. If anyone has the settings for ATT or a cab, please post it up. I would like to pull it apart to find out what the settings are. I was told that these were the correct setting for ATT. I cant test them because I am on Sprint.

I would really like to get some correct cabs made for all the providers mms settings and get it into the FAQ so people will quit messing everything up.

I updated the post with some new info for ATT... It seems like ATT needs a gateway value

Try adding this:
Change ConnectionVia string value to "97626DCF-818F-4be1-AC7E-77DA1B01F145" (without "")
Change Gateway key value to "wireless.cingular.com" (without "")
Change Port Number key value to "80" (without "")

Here is a cab with all these settings for ATT in Arcsoft... Can someone try this?

I'm using the May 28th GTX rom and all I had to do was properly set up my provisioning with US Cellular to get MMS to work. No reg edits were necessary.
