MMS Instuctions:
HTC has already been disabled and arcsoft has already been installed by NRGZ. Installing any of the mms fixes or HTC disable will probably break MMS.

After flashing your rom...
Do not install any cabs for mms. Just run Carrier Provisioning and you should be done.
To raise sending and receiving limit go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ArcSoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\UI\SizeLimit]

Change wap2recvlimit3 and wap2sendlimit3 to 5000000 or whatever number you like under decimal,
NOT HEX. then you should be able to see under mms options that the third selection will be changed to 4.xmb.
