With the latest ROMs I am simply running the Verizon provisioning and applying the keyborad fix and have MMS working fine.

Are you calling *228 after the keyboard fix? I spent 12 hours trying everything I could think of. The closest I got was "Message Expired or not available"

You have to use an app for that. I religiously use the one which is included in NRG ROM's which is Regedit. Open it in the "start menu" then go to "Tools". Follow what the poster has and you will be good to go!!

I never call *228. I install the provision then keyboard fix and it works. In the mms settings do you have a 1 in front of your number? if so try without it.

1. flash rom.
2. run the provisioning option in the settings
3. run keyboard fix
4. done

Correct, dont have to disable anything anymore. Thats probably your issue.

I'm really good at "dumb"

1. Open notepad on your pc
2. Copy and paste this to it

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
 
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\XDA\AutoShortCut]
"\\Windows\\Start Menu\\Programs\\GPS\\TOMTOM.lnk"="\\Storage Card\\Program Files\\Navigator\\TomTom Navigator.exe"

3. Save the file as TomTom.reg
4. Put the file in your \Storage Card\XDA_UC\ folder
5. Make sure the .exe file is in \Storage Card\\Program Files\\Navigator\\
5. Run XDA_UC either by re-flashing or running the application in Start-Tools-XDA UC
6. If you run it using the application, make sure you don't have anything else besides the .reg file you just created in the XDA_UC folder on your Storage Card

That's it. You will now have a shortcut in your GPS folder. Let me know how it goes.

Not doing anything other than provisioning. MMS actually works b4 provisioning but with a very small limit on sending.
