Good morning, I flashed to the cookie 14April ROM and I must say it is the best I have used thus far. Everything worked right out the box basically even MMS after I did carrier provision. You have out done yourself on this one NRGZ28. Thank you soooo much for your outstanding work. I will report any bugs that I may find but thus far I have not found any worth mentioning. So just wanted to stop by and say thanks and that the ROM is running wonderful and very fast

How did you remove the background from the clock, the date, and the alarm boxes? Is the clock background part of the clock itself? Or, is it a separate object that can be changed on its own?

I finally found the original skin for the SMS. I can see which msg is highlighted easier with the original skin. I've attached the file in case anybody needs the stock wm skin instead of the installed manila skin.

Chefs may not be cooking it in, but getting Cookie 1.7 and GTX to play nice together is really easy. I'm running April 14 23557, and all I did was install Cookie 1.7 over it, the CHT 1.7 Editor, and manila files found here, and everything's great. Only the reflective clock is still screwy; analog's fine. Beautiful.

My only problem I can not send MMS by opening the pic and pressing selecting the send my Messaging option. I provisioned. No big deal, I just have to open messaging, select insert, and find the pic.

Can someone direct me as to how to adjust the vibe option on all notifications and rings? I have set the ring type to "Ring". It was set to Other. My volume is up and ringer is on Normal. I just want sound sometimes and not Vibe and Ring.

Can I also adjust the intensity of the vibe? The April 13th ROM is the highest power vibe I've ever experienced from this phone. It's way too much and is louder than an actual ringer when it sits on my desk. I need to adjust it.

Cookie 1.7 is good, but I really don't need ALL that customizing...I'll just have to redo it when I do the flash dance again!

Also, 4/14 w/ GTX is blazing fast...I am finding that the roms running Cookie 1.7 start running slower once you get into customizing. On my phone at least.

For people with the hour ahead clock issue mine at least seems to be tied to the "my location" feature and htc sense weather updating.. heres a thread that talks more about it but no real solutions yet and I asked energy about this last night as well...

So for me turning off "network time synchronization" did not fix my hour ahead issue as soon as my weather updates it throws my clock back ahead an hour.. but as soon as i set my location to my city (even using the exact same city it found by default on "my location") the issue completely stops and both my time and weather work perfectly but as soon as i switch back to "my location" and weather updates it sets my clock 1 hour ahead.. this seems to be a random issue not affecting everyone and I never had it till the april 11,13,14th roms... very strange

I had the same problem with the time. I reinstalled the carrier provisioning and it fixed it. I did not change my location. If I do a *228 (verizon) then I have to redo the carrier provisioning.
