Ok. So not to confuse myself.
1. flash rom.
2. run the provisioning option in the settings
3. run keyboard fix
4. done
is this correct? I assume I'm not supposed to install the disable mms fix and the following mms 2.1 cabs?

I tried to manually set mms and that didn't work either.... If the above is what worked for you, I'll give that a spin.
