Hmm, I will try it, but I think something might be wrong with it because around Jan the card just decided to format itself, now everything is fine just the pictures get erased, nothing else.. But I will try it and let ya know if it fixes it!

Hmm this is interesting now! The thing was I had it on 5 seconds, so when I would soft reset the phone, the screen would dim out after 5 seconds (I counted several, several times), even if I was using it and sometimes it would go away if I'd take the stylus out but it would always go away if I would lock the phone then unlock it..

I'll mess around with some stuff tonight to see what the problem could be then.

I know I am going to get hated on but on the feb 26th 218...rom with cookie, I can send mms but get an error message when trying to download it, any suggestions?

EDIT: I have the HTC messaging cab installed and had the mms fix installed which worked on previous versions of this rom.

I dont know why anyone is using a provisioning cab... you dont need to provision on Sprint... Verizon can by doing the *228 or something like that. With Sprint you could just update your prl if needed but its not necessary unless you are traveling.

HKLM\SOFTWARE\ArcSoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\MMSCSetting\SampleMMSC
Change MmscURI key value to "http://mms.sprintpcs.com/servlets/mms" (without "")
Change all 4 WAP key values to "5120000" (without "")

HKLM\SOFTWARE\ArcSoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\MMSCSetting\SampleMMSC2
Change MmscURI key value to "http://mms.sprintpcs.com/servlets/mms (without "")

Okay, well, I flashed back tot he stock ROM and the problem is gone.

It's possible that my issue is arising out of the fact that this is a 1st 1st gen TP2 (one of the ones from the initial batch that VZW released before they took them off the market for a time period). Who knows. This really sucks. I guess I could give Mighty Rom a try. I really thought that someone here or over on XDA would have an idea about this. I'm no dummy when it comes to stuff like this, but this totally stumps me.

Wonder what would happen if I loaded up the ROM, then gave VZW support a call?

What were the original settings? After 3 days I still cant get mms to find the storage card so trying to restore settings back. Also having an issue with battery after many tweeks and 1x and evdo switching back and forth on this rom only. I think that is a result of some of the battery tweeks.
