I installed your color sprint rom this morning and I noticed that the notification tabs clock and other widgets were not the same as your first post. They didn't have that border and semi gloss look.

when I went to widget edit mode I could not select the default background. When I select it and hit done nothing happens. I go back to widget edit and default is not selected the "Do nothing" is selected. However the "hide" background does work.

So im not sure if the border is the result of losing the default setting or if its something different.

Please advise.

Going to do a little tutorial on this when i return home... I have been doing this release on vacation remotely and has been a little tough..

what you should to is select custom background....Then hit okay on "edit widget" mode... that will bring up htc album... from the album button click my device and from there you will see the trans/pro/white gloss folders...ALL my widget background are there.

here are the transgloss set i have included in ROM
there is also a whte & pro gloss

they are open on left/right so you can connect widgets together

I got it squared away, i am litterally 15-20 minutes away from a connection to a Verizon Tower, and had to drive down to catch one to do the over the air programming. Once I did that everything was fine. For whatever reason ths part of the state doesnt play well with Verizon.

I tend to flash a lot, and the EPST resets sometimes, and this happened to be one of those times. If anyone knows how to back up my current settings, or what fields need to be updated to program my phone it would be appreciated.

This isnt a bug, but maybe an oversight. On the Display Alert Settings widget, there needs to be a way to access the alert. IE: tap the box to go to the email. Right now you have to close it and then tap the individual icon. Just a thougth.

Some comments and suggestions:
1. First of all this is a great ROM. Congrats on your hard work
1a. I added Opera10 and it works great, BTW
2. The calendar widget will not send me to the calendar. Bug or this feature left out.
3. More auto links on home page
4. SPB shell allowed you to set a link to a file. This would be nice.
5. In the links pages as well as the Sense tabs, the ablilty to make those icons bigger especially if you don't use all of them. Those that aren't used could be left off the page.

For the calendar you need to tap the actual clock icon. This could probably be expanded to the entire widget, but for now you have to tap the little clock.
