strange... try going to settings tab, sound & display, then switch "Single volume" to ON. See if that brings it back...

sense settings>location>turn off htc location service? not sure but maybe do this, reset and turn it back on.

I was gonna suggest "enable My Location"....I had to do this on one of the roms i flashed, can't remember which one, i flashed so much before discovering deck's roms....but, I think at this point, you should probably try hard resetting. Did you do a hard reset after you flashed?

No, I didn't do a hard reset after flashing...

Worst case scenario, start the phone in bootloader mode (hold vol. down when you hit the power button, phone must be off) and reflash.
