i am passing out r6 to a few beta testers tonight. i think you will all be pretty impressed in the incresed overall stability and speed in the rom. also, doc tab and ereader tabs inmanila have been added. im not to sure if they are staying for the public release or not yet, i havent decided.

please include the ereader tab and the other goodies, at least the ones that work on the tp2, from the new tmo rom.

Can't wait, deck... Do you think you might be able to add an updated version of Oz IM to the public release? I'm missing AIM and Yahoo! IM...

Great to hear, Deck. Increased speed and stability is what this phone really needs.

Have you looked into the Manilla TV tab?

Is anybody running third-party GPS software with SsS-ROM r5? On other ROMs some users have reported lagginess with certain GPS programs so I figured I'd check in with others first before trying to install anything.

I have not experienced any of the issues you guys are talking about. My only concern right now is Sprint Provisioning/PRL Update/FirmWare cabs don't work. I want to be able to update my data profile and there's no way to do it with this rom because it doesn't have the updaters and the ones i have tried do nothing.

The boot splash screen says "HTC Quietly Brilliant," except that it's not so quiet. Any way to kill the jingle that plays during the screen animation?

Does somebody know how to get the "update profile/prl" cabs to work with this rom? I get a device id error on boot and nothing happens when i try to update either.

wonder when we'll see r6. i was just really settling into r5 and had everything set up perfectly, but i know ill end up flashing r6 as soon as its out. is there a way to back up opera favorites?
