What is bootloader mode? And how do I access it?

When your in the bootloader mode does it say SPL-0.37.CMONEX ? If not you are not unlocked, it will always say security unlocked but unless it says CMONEX then you will be unable to flash any ROMS besides the stock ones.

Hold down vol down and power button simultaneously and hit the soft reset with your stylus.

I had the same problem after loading Max Manila without first disableing sense. I got stuck in an endless loop and finally had to do a hard reset to resolve it. Next time around I disabled Sense and installed Max and it worked fine.

What version of Windows are you using? I was hanging up on XP because it wanted to install a USB driver (forget which one) and got stuck. Used my Vista laptop and the first time it started to flash and got stuch at 0% but installed a USB driver (the little baloon in the notification area popped up). Once the driver finished installing, I reset and restarted the flash and it worked from there on out.

I have been flashing my phone using the SD card, I would like to upgrade my radio but for some reason I cannot get my computer to reconginize my phone. I tried turning on/off checkbox in USB2PC but no luck. I have tried about 5 different cables. It used to work fine. Any Ideas??? I'm running windows 7 by the way.

sometimes I just have to restart my computer and/or phone to establish the connection.

I would just upgrade the Radio the same way you flash. Rename the radio file to the same name you rename the flash files to.

sometimes I just need to plug the usb cable into a different port too
