23504 nov 10 when I awoke this morning it was frozen. So I did a soft reset and phone went into a hard reset and froze on please standby...screen. The one just before you tap screen to do alignment for first time. I have now flashed 21864 nov 10 to see if it does it again.

yeah, I am on the 23XXX build from yesterday. you have to disable sense, then try log in to window live. Once you get that setup , turn back sense.

Soft resets that force a hard reset should be cleared out with the "flash dance" - basically flash to a stock rom, hard reset, then flash acustom rom, hard reset.

Or, you may find the issue follows you from custom rom to custom rom.

Just a heads up.

Yea, it's not really a ROM issue, so if you like that build, go back to it. I just flashed it earlier and am slowly working through the Guide noting any real changes. ...I like the start menu at the bottom, but I think the 21864 builds are a little more stable. We'll see.

Well since you are on 23504 Nov 10 build 2.5, I will go to 21864 Nov 10 2.5 and see if there is a difference..

I just flashed 11/10 23504 2.5. There are no ringers in the My Ringtones folder and nothing in my Music folder in My Documents. There are, however, ringers in Windows/Rings and in the Windows directory, just floating.

When I restore my ringtones, typically, I dump them in My Ringtones and link them that way.

I'm wondering if this is what's causing the conflict within SENSE....like somehow the link to the custom ringtone [in some location other than the Windows directory] eventually fails. ...a bit of a guess, but I've been able to get all of the fixes mentioned already to fail.

I'm going to continue playing, but wanted to throw this out to the community to see if it has any positive effect.

Tried to send Messages SMS and I selected (To) but never go to look it for my contacts for sending SMS.
Fix?

I haven't experienced any NO RING calls on the WM23504/M2.5 Nov 10th build. I did get them on the build prior to Nov 9th though. I had actually went back to WM23081/M2.1 until NRG released the updated ROMs yesterday.
