Re: |H|ROM|6.5.1|WWE| ** EnergyROM 'Photon' (23081/21864) |Nov5| Manila 2.1 and 2.5

I appreciate the quick response guys, fortunately an extensive google search brought me back to home here at PPCgeeks lol. Thank god, apparently its a pretty bad problem. If anyone else has this issue you definately need to refer to this link before you mess anything else up. DO NOT HIT THE UPDATE PRI button in settings!! lol

thanks anyways guys.

Max 1919 is the best for NRG roms.

Re: |H|ROM|6.5.1|WWE| ** EnergyROM 'Photon' (23081/21864) |Nov5| Manila 2.1 and 2.5

Ah man. I might at LEAST switch to Nov.10 23504 2.1 as my new default, so i can get some 6.5.1 lovin' in between new TF2.5 beta's as the new default. I've been reading lately that there's not a big difference in speed lately between the 2, since speeds with 23??? newer build's are a lot more optimized now.

Yeah... That is a big NO NO!
Lose data and it is a royal pain to get it back.
Soft resets, hard resets and restore profile will probably not work.
It will more than likely be a job for Sprint.

I'll hafta DL that one then. I assumed that the newest one was good since when I checked the Manila version it is 19202525.0

I'm not scared to screw it up I guess, so I'll try both.

Anyone else getting this?

I have a start menu replacement so I have a menu from top and bottom but this isn't either of those.
I have my replacement if I click on one spot on the top and this if I move over just a little bit.

Have never seen this before.
Like we have 6.5 and 6.1 start menus now.

yeah, I saw that too. Another interesting thing is if you click the top right where the X used to be in 6.5, it will close the program even though i don't see showcase installed. At least I didn't see it. hahahaha

[EDIT]

Dang, this thread moves too fast. I personally liked Showcase better. Although I wonder if the bug that was crashing Windows Messaging was fixed...
I can dig it.
Wonder is Showcase will also work with this?
Probably so.....
Think I will try it. LOL

I have tried them all my friend.
1919 doesn't have the transparency issues or black screens that 2525 has on these roms.

Same here.
I looked and it is not in the menus that I see.
Guess I will check the file system for it. LOL

MY PROBLEM is that I unknowingly hit the Update PRI button on setting and now my DATA is out, I am continuously getting a Error Code: 67. Any suggestions please. I installed Sprint Update PRL and Profile cab and neither of them will run obviously because the DATA is out. Someone please offer some advice.
There is something wrong with your login information in NVRAM.

I suggest you install the Sprint 2.01.651.6 MR update available here:

http://www.htc.com/us/SupportDownloa...at=2&dl_id=683

That should blast in the proper PRI and PRL. If it doesn't work after that try doing the EPST reset then Update Profile from System->Connections.
