Anyway...GAlarm kills the stock alarm and you won't have any of these buggy headaches.

I don't think any of the aforementioend "fixes" will help you. I currently don't seem to have vibrate when I connect to a call, so it may not be enabled in the ROM. There was a faint vibrate on connect enabled in one of the previous builds. If I can track down a reg edit or cab, I'll post it.
I am using 9/20 and mine vibrates on connect when ever I call out.

I knew you were going to say that. haha. I'm sure it's a flash glitch or something. I had it working on the past few builds, but it was so faint it didn't really do much. In the end, I settled myself to just getting use to the phone connecting about 2 seconds after I initiate a call, as I have with any phone I'v eever had. The only real benefit I could see is if the phone dials in my pocket or without my knowledge [aliens]...the vibration would alert me of the call.

I don't typically initiate calls and then forget to put the phone to my ear, requiring the device to remind me it's connected.

You should always keep your PRL updated because it updates the coverage area and tells your device the best towers to use for the best signal.
If new towers become available the PRL will let your device know to look for them.
I posted on this a while back.
Search the thread for PRL.

Doesn't mater what radio you are using.

I totally understand about the Alien thing.
Wrap the phone in aluminum foil to block those pesky guys.
That stuff also works great if you wrap it around your ball cap too.
Martian brain scans can't get through.

Only problem is that stuff rattles when you get that vibrating ring coming in. LOL

I love ENERGYROM's but Im starting to get frustrated with this build....

For the second time my active sync has become un-useable. Im not sure if it because of anything i did but this time the only thing I did was install "WeatherCityEditorInstall2.1" to try to get my city in the weather tab because the soft "Menu" button was not working.

I had my gmail account working with active sync flawlessly now Im dead in the water because active sync is broke. Lost all my contact and no mail. Can anyone help me?

Sounds like something on your end. The ROM nor the build changed your activesync or made it stop working. Its working flawless for me, and always has. Do you use Gmail to sync your contacts, email and calendar? What else have you tried?
