to remove the 'start' from the htc task manager:

when u tap the arrow the middle icon at the top of the drop down should be a wrench, tap on it it takes you to the task manager settings, start should be listed there press on start and hold until another menu pops up. then tap add to exclusive and it wont show up anymore

I've never tried it, but I think that you could put that in the "exclusive" list in managed programs. That will stop it from shutting off.

i attached the most recent version. now this is still beta some there are still bugs here and there.

Thanks for the quick response. You probably saved me hours of digging and searching. I'm going to try your latest version now and I guess that means that I don't have to re-apply any of the fixes....they will be built in - Correct????

yeah that thread over there is a monster man, a lot of sifting thru bs to find relevant info. anyways the package i posted is not an oem. it is just a collection of cabs that xboxmod has released. xboxmod himself has not put together an oem yet that includes all of the current fixes (why im not sure) the best rhodium oems as of right now you probably get from bored's or erice's and i know that bored's for sure include all the current fixes

Scott, A couple of nit-picks about the new kitchen.

I did not select "Generic Carrier". I selected Verizon and was surprised to see that under "SETTINGS" the following apps.- UPDATE PRL and UPDATE PROFILE.

They don't work, so I am assuming that they are for Sprint Users. If that's the case, why are they appearing in a phone specifically flashed to the Verizon Carrier. It's bad enough that I have to load some Verizon stuff, but that Sprint stuff should be in the SPRINT folder, not the Verizon folder.

Also, on the CONNECTIONS Tab, there's an icon called Connections. Clicking on that, is shows SPINT as the Network. When I go to the Advanced tab, and select Verizon Wireless, it's ok. If I close it, and then go back, it has reverted back to Sprint. Probably doesn't affect anything, but having the multiple choices, that looks like it should be in the "GENERIC Carrier" folder, not the Verizon folder.

Edit: I also think the TF3D should be disabled during the start-up and customization. If everything goes smoothly, then it's no problem. But if problems arise, then it would be difficult to "shut it down" during the customization process. It's much easier to start it up after everything has settled down.

I also am having issues with TF3D config. It won't run. What are my options? Do I reflash and unistall it?

I haven't had a chance to play with it yet, but problems with the standard "release" doesn't work at all on the TP. To get it to work (in general), you have to delete "TWEAKS.xml". Earlier in this thread, a working version was posted with a modified Tweaks file. I thought that's what I used, but it doesn't seem to work with the Rhodium version.

If you used the standard version, then search this thread for the fix. If you used the "fixed' version, then we definitely have a compatibility problem with the TP2 manilla.
