Alright, making progress.
Not sure why Sashimi still won't run, but not that worried about it.
Now I just want to get the softkeys on the bottom bar working.
I've noticed that when I press View or New keys, there is no reaction other than the key/gui movement. It's only when I'm in the contacts app or trying to view a notification on Titanium.
Kind of annoying. Not a huge deal, as I don't need the OEM contacts, but I did want to try this new version before I went back to Resco Contacts.

There is no application associated with "SASHIMIAR". Run the application first, then open this file from within the application.

You also have to cook mortscript into your ROM since that's a mortscript that starts sashimi. Unzip the attached folder and put it in your OEM folder or convert it to an EXT if you want to put it in the EXT folder.

You are THE MAN. Flashed again and Sashimi AutoRun is running right now!
Post a few more times so I can thank you some more!

Now, I need to wait and see if the softkeys are working and showing correctly. After one flash, I had them looking great, with a blue shadow and 3D effect and they worked. Don't know what I changed to have them not working now, but I'll figure it out.

Anyone ever get this error with the kitchen? I'm trying to build at work so it may have to do with not being an admin on the PC but I thought I'd ask. Maybe there's a way to get around it. I'm unable to selct any EXTs or customize it at all.

Just flashed yesterday to 23049 ROM and i'm liking the improvements this build has. Of course the noticeable build related bugs like the buttons not showing the correct symbol, this version seems solid. I have two questions:

1. What happened to HTC Volume Control and how do I enable it again?
2. Programs dont close when you hit X. Not a big deal since I can go to task manager and close all but just noticed that.

Using 6.5 and while in a phone call, how do you bring the keypad up to press for example number one at a multiple choice answering system?

That's one of the things that are really bothering me!

1) HTC Volume Control doesn't work in 6.5.1 builds.
2) In Start->Settings->System->Task Manager, on the button tab, do you have end programs by tapping "X" selected?
