Just wanted to mention that this kitchen does not include all WM6.5 taskbar icon files correctly. It's a mish-mash of 6.1 and 6.5 files.

Without selecting any taskbar icon or battery icon files in the kitchen, to therefore keep the defaults, the signal antenna icon is the old blocky 6.1 icon.

If you select the 3D icons, you get the 6.1 wait cursor and not the 3-ball 6.5 wait cursor.

Grab a copy of PE Explorer and start editing those dll's. Please post your results so we can all check them out.

thanks, inda. i definitely have searched, but the best i could find was adding it on as a regedit after flashing. i don't want calk to think i'm trying to steal credit or anything like that, it's just that since i've spent all these hours on changing things up, i just wanted to have complete control of my rom. i have no plans on making it public and none of my friends care that i cooked my own rom, so it's not like i'm trying to get undue notice for someone else's work. i'm just into making things completely my own.

anyway, thanks for all your help guys.

definitely agree with this. i actually resorted to creating my regedit tweaks in cab form so i could just install after flashing. wince cab manager is dead easy to use.

Another little glitch I'm seeing.
When an incoming call comes in, in addition to the S2A screen, I have an annoying popup that comes up- looks like an old WM5 call notification. White, rounded popup coming up from the bottom of the screen.
I haven't been successful in getting a pic, but it's not that difficult.
Also, it only seems to appear the first time any caller calls.
Anyone else? Suggestions?

Yes, I do this also... and I tried that method for my tsk but couldn't get it to default to that one after flashing.
