Your settings are fine for sleep mode. On the sleep problem, only way to fix is a power cycle, and that "usually" clears it up until it mysteriously comes back later. If under warranty, call PDC (they provide warranty for the HTC phones). Known issue that is documented on forums.
Wen cooking ROMs, I usually remove unecessary apps (Sprint) such as Win Live, remote desktop..etc. Also, under the Weather and Internet tabs (slider bar), turn off auto-downloads

In general, battery life is fine for me on the Diamond.

Ok so heres a dumb question... Can I just take the 23420 SYS folder and move it over to the v4 VK? I usually just dl the new kitchens when they come out so i havent tried adding a sys folder yet. Also if I can just move it over then do I have to move the 23420 EXT folder as well or can I use my exsisting EXT folders for 6.5.1 even though they are labeled as 23060?

you should be able to, however compare that sys to one from the v4 kitchen to make sure they "match". look for missing folders, one you'll probably need is the metadata from 23420 since it was part of the OEM & not the sys folder in the v3 kitchen

or you can d/l the sys from calks sys folder and put in your main VK directory and unzip and it will put everything where its supposed to be.

then in ROM>Diamond, copy 1 of the folders and rename it 23420.

ok, so i am new to cooking roms and for the life of me can't figure out how to edit the rom version and date information during startup and in device information. thank for any help.

Anyone know what SYS I can use that allows me to control notifications (like in 6.1)?

Right now I'm using 23414 and I cannot click the top curtain to disable notifications or do anything for that matter.

Sometimes there is a bar that I can access [but still not sure HOW I even bring it up] which allows me useful access to the top curtain, but it's not consistent.

It's rather annoying to have my alarm go off until it's done without having any ability to shut it up besides resetting my phone.

Well, build 21055 is in the kitchen and there's a rom as well ... it's 6.1.
