Has anyone tried the Backgroundforall with the Compact Home on 23414. I realize that even if I selected 2.1 background4all with the compact home they use the same manila files. So I converted the compact home cab with background4all to an EXT and loaded onto my rom. The only problem is when I select a wallpaper the default background never changes. I get the same thing even if I install the cab itself.

Still working on a fix for Internet Explorer cannot download blank on 23053 & 23414

I was able to get into pie by using ie toggle. here is the cab in case anyone would like to use it. this will allow you to choose pie which works but ie still doesnt work. Hope this helps.

Thanks. I'm actually having alot of problems with 21054. It's not usable. It bricked for awhile. Thankgod, I finally revived it. I thought maybe it was because I forgot to flash to stock and clear storage, so I did that, but I still have lots of problems. Mainly, it freezes (at a lot of different points, nothing consistent) and when I go to soft reset, it always does a hard reset. And then when it goes to customize during the hard reset, it completely freezes/bricks. It's also gotten caught in a loop of repeatedly loading TF3D.

I am having intermittent lock up issues on both the 23414 and 23053 ROMS when viewing e-mail. I know you put in a fix for this issue on your 9/23 build, so this message is just an FYI. The ROMS are both awesome and well designed and I appreciate all your hard work. Great job!

you should be flashing the shipped rom, not the stock rom. here is a thread to check out, question 2: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...30&postcount=4

There seems to be a slight issue with 23414, so I'm finishing fixing it now and will upload a updated version

I'm sure this question comes up a lot, but I'm having a lot of trouble searching for information on it...

Has there been some sort of fix to stop the Tachi dialer from fighting with 6.5/6.5.1's lock screen for focus? If not, what's the registry key to revert to the old-style lock screen?

What problems do the 23414 have? I'm running it now and it seems fine. But I did download the 23435 sys but when i clicked create rom...I got a list of warnings and then stopped with an error(can remember what it said)that it was missing a file or folder. What did I do wrong? I thought I copied the rom & sys folders to the right spots.
