I ordered through advanced tech support and my package shows to be weighing 1.80 lbs. and according to sprint it contains the TP

By the end of the day when you get the first email, you can track it here

Put in the ESXXXX number and it should show up.

i just called asurion and they said that i would be receiving a new mogul, not the TP, so CA people make sure you double check. I actually do have issues, phone turns off/on it's own and my voice record button is broken. Just a heads up

I emailed the other people also an when I called sprint trying to get my tracking info on the phone. She said she couldn't find the info on the shipping so I ask if I should order it again and she said yes I got them to put a note on my account that if I order again I won't get charged

I had issues as well, and was living with them. Doing the swap request via the website, not asurion, is a no-human way to check for a TP exchange. If its offered, take it, If not it will say so so just don't accept it and return to living with your mogul issues and try again later.

It's always a crapshoot - if you are doing an exchange, you get the same thing, or if they are out of them, you get what they have that meets the specs.

I have no concerns that the issues I reported will be reproducible on my return, as they happen for me right after a hard reset.
