Customer Service Specialist Sprint I emailed the other people also an when I called sprint trying to get my tracking info on the phone. She said she couldn't find the info on the shipping so I ask if I should order it again and she said yes I got them to put a note on my account that if I order again I won't get charged |

Based on advice here I just ran through the self-service process again and now it's offering me a Touch Pro. So, for those that actually have issues and want a Touch Pro rather than a refurbished Mogul, keep trying.

placed order Tues day night. said that i must email customer service. Tried again 9am Wed morning. Said i would be getting touch Pro. 4:22pm EST today i received a brand new out of box Touch Pro, with additional battery. They must have bad batteries if they ship out 2.
Any how, just happy to get one. So for those who failed, try again may get lucky. BTW this was through Sprint Web site not Ausiran Also did anyone who tried this and didnt have anything wrong with there Mogul after return, get charged?? Last edited by ekim524778; 01-22-2009 at 07:12 PM. |
