i just called asurion and they said that i would be receiving a new mogul, not the TP, so CA people make sure you double check. I actually do have issues, phone turns off/on it's own and my voice record button is broken. Just a heads up

She said she couldn't find the info on the shipping so I ask if I should order it again and she said yes I got them to put a note on my account that if I order again I won't get charged |
