I had issues as well, and was living with them. Doing the swap request via the website, not asurion, is a no-human way to check for a TP exchange. If its offered, take it, If not it will say so so just don't accept it and return to living with your mogul issues and try again later.
It's always a crapshoot - if you are doing an exchange, you get the same thing, or if they are out of them, you get what they have that meets the specs.
I have no concerns that the issues I reported will be reproducible on my return, as they happen for me right after a hard reset.
