Why not

I know a few people still like COM2 or 218xx branch, so here is the latest build of this. this is from July 21 2009, its not newest, but its not out there yet, I do not have VGA, so sorry bout that one, and I just split up files, I didnt do much to make them ppck able, so just play around, someone will get it working fine.

thanks con! Do you know what happened to 23019? i heard it was a really good build, and im not too crazy about the larger softkey bar in the 2302x builds

Thanks conflipper. Has anything changed so much in the DPI that 21828 wouldn't work? If so, I can put together some PPCK files for this using the 21828 DPI's.

I have no way of porting DPI's to VGA or QVGA (I would love to have such utils if anyone has them).

use 21828 DPI files, i never downloaded those so that is why i didnt link to them, but yheah 21828 DPI files will work fine.

PPCKitchen files for 21840. The DPI are based off of 21828 for QVGA, and the VGA has MOST of the DPI from the 21840, except for the 480 x 800 specific resources. The MediaOS has been recmodded along with browsingie, adobeflash and a few other random things like before.

Herman XIP is tested, the Apache, Kaiser, Titan, Victor and Vogue all look good All XIPs have been spinlock patched (except for the Apache, non-booters reported with spinlocking this guy)

I have never seen a .nbh file. what is it and how do get it from the rom?

The other option you have is to us XIPPort.exe. Get a xip.bin for your device. Put your xip.bin in the same fodler as XIPPort.exe, run XIPPort.exe and clic kon dump xip.bin. Then, click on "make pkgs". Once that is done, you will have a folder called OUT, and under each of those, 2 folders called MSXIPKernel and OEMXIPKernel. Grab the folders and files out of each of the OEMXIPkernel folders, ignoring the txt files and put them in the same folder. VOILA! You now have the OEMXIPKernel you desire.

But maybe this all begs the next question, why are you looking for this?
