That wasn't the issue for me because I know to check that. What messed me up was playing with the framework-res.apk. I can VERY easily see how someone could forget to check the lib files. If you want to include the market apps not included in the midNIGHT extras, you do need to check the lib folder to see if the install placed a file in the lib folder. For the most part it's system apps that do that. I think this is what you are doing so from the way I'm reading your post you should be just fine.

Yeah it is a good thing, just surprised with what we've seen in here for posts the last few days.

Thanks for the tip on the kernel. I'm not using a2sd right not because I have too much crap on my card. Didn't get a chance to try it tonight. Was too busy working on one of the themes for the stuff Johnny and I posted Sunday.

I took my phone to the Sprint store - the tech was unable to get it into boot mode, so I got a new phone.

I subsequently installed the latest Midnight Rom.. but what happened - was odd. It would boot up... do 3 short vibrates. And restart. It would do this in a loop.

And this error keeps popping up.

Do I still need to install the extras.zip? Even though this is the full version?
