Cool...I want to get everything in one place to help all new Omnia users, and your link looks pretty informative!!

I am looking for solution:
1. Incoming call alert is quieter in the first few seconds and then it turns to the normal volume. Is there any solution to start to ring with normal volume?
2. Is there any way to disable screen lock during the call (I have to push action pad" if I want to push some buttons on screen and after few seconds it locks the screen again)
