ok i finally got this sorted finally after a few hours on the phone the phone was setup on my sero account but they had switched my plan to a basic sprint one and refused that i ever had free data and txt. A phone call later to the SERO helpline i was back on my plan, only one more phone call after that to sort the vision profile which they had screwed up.

it was to do with the update earlier because the rep who fixed my vision profile told me that the CS reps earlier in the day were busy having problems with a update.

Panik is finally over touch is all working good with 6.1

I figured it was temp. There is no way they could remove their flagship device from SERO, it would be corporate suicide, something sprint is all to familiar with unfortunately.

hahah, have fun... MANY hours of phone calls...
they never let me on, because i was an existing customer...
for 8 years...
but i got something wayyyy better...
it is possible to switched over to sero... just takes a couple weekends of calling...

I was continually refused the ability to switch my current account to a SERO one. So I just signed up for an entirely new SERO account, dropped my existing account to the $10/month basic plan, then ported my number over.

Getting my old number ported to the SERO was the tough part. After many failed attempts I got a retentions rep on the line who non-chalantly said: "Let me get my supervisor to override this", and in no time, i had the number ported.

thats how i switched in the end just ported my number to a tmobile pay as you go phone then back to the sero plan.
