Getting my old number ported to the SERO was the tough part. After many failed attempts I got a retentions rep on the line who non-chalantly said: "Let me get my supervisor to override this", and in no time, i had the number ported.

thats how i switched in the end just ported my number to a tmobile pay as you go phone then back to the sero plan.
