I just got a Touch two days ago and I'm on a SERO plan. There was something going on with the system making it take a long time to step through the process, but, it activated with no problems.

talked to CS again as i didnt believe in any of their BS anymore. So phone was programmed straight away but does the vision profile update automatically? or do i have to do something because it still shows the previous vision profile on there

i didn't have a problem, but then I came to Sprint for the Touch. And the high speed network. T-Mobile got to be a pain in the butt.

There's a system update going on today, so there's a 6 hour window when anything can't be done...Must be happening now.

My buddy just got a Touch on Sero this past week.

WTF? I have a Touch and I also have the SERO plan. They can be stupid sometimes. Just call again and get talk to someone different.

Well I just got upgraded to the new billing system, and I have a touch on SERO, under phone, it's a greyed out box that says 6900 but no pic of the touch, not sure if it's related to your issue. No problem with my setup, just no picture of my phone on my online account...
