The sprint SERO website still shows the touch as a phone in their "Sprint Employee Referral Offer Shoppers Private Store"
This might be a system glitch but it should be resolved soon if it really is one. |

I just got a Touch two days ago and I'm on a SERO plan. There was something going on with the system making it take a long time to step through the process, but, it activated with no problems.

Yeah, I would just try again. Can you switch phones in the web-based tool? I would try that too... I was switching to a Palm at one point, and they told me it couldn't be done, I was like oh ok, fine hung up. Pressed redial and got switched fine. Half the people there either are really stupid, or don't want to do anything, and I think it's a mix of both for most.
