changing the billing system wouldnt make a difference the only thing that might be different is if you are on old fair and flexible the computers booted it out n sprint rushed n put pple in new plans closest to old one only problem were the charges so once you in system u would see a charge and a credit but if theirs only a credit they wont go back n fix it......ohhh and at least in the old system upgrade fees could be wave but the new one cant do not even customer service

whoever u talked to messed up theirs no way to extend contract without a change on the account (not including esn changes) so unless u added a line or if they do it as an upgrade ur contract wouldnt be extended

My bill is back to normal with credits and charges, but they still split all of my lines into seperate accounts. That part of it is all screwed up. If I sign into my main line and then click to view minutes used it shows me one of my other lines. If I sign in on my other lines it shows the info for those lines. I have no way of viewing my minutes used on my main line and Sprint won't take the time to fix it. I keep getting told they are chaning my account over to the new billing system and it would be useless to correct it right now.

I was told to call at the end of my billing cycle to get it fixed and have my lines merged back into one account. By then I should be on the new billing system. I am going to be a little upset if they don't have this done by the end of my billing cycle. It also sucks having to sign into 3 different accounts to pay my bill. This is getting irritating.

mine is a similar story

Dec 1st ecare placed the order for touch and gave credit off 499

Dec 4th got the phone and return kit

Dec 7th I got my bill with extra charges of 530 (499 for phone + 30 tax)

i called sprint and got the credit for tax. now my account has zero credit and zero balance.

i have not sent the mogul back yet. any suggestions on this.

I got credited what I paid for Mogul plus Tax (little over $300 but I paid $288 ) and Charged a discounted Touch Plus Tax (little over $350). Net was I owe them like $70.00 which seemed more than fair. At least that's how I read it. Numbers seemed a little weird. Since they did it this way I wasn't sure if I was eligible for any rebates

My billing cycle originally starts from 4th of each month, on 11/14, I requested the corporate discount and got approved. Then I could not see my current usage and my bill which is the sign of getting the discount. My colleague said our company's billing cycle started at 6th of each month, and from last Friday (12/07) I started being able to see my current usage and it showed minutes starting from 12/06 to 01/07. The problem is I still cannot see my bill online. Is this normal?

I'm worried about the bill because during the process of getting the discount, I exchanged my defective Mogul to a Touch. My account balance now was totally messed up. I used to have $130.** credit, after exchange I expected 130+50+tax difference, however, it shows 480ish credit until now online. Yesterday, I got a paper bill which seemed to be from the old billing cycle (starts 12/04). It said I owed them 395 bux, because they didn't put the credit of my Mogul on;while both online and from their phone customer service system, I still have the 480 credit. What should I do now

I guess my experience was a little different.

After I got my confirmation from ECare, I saw a $499 credit. My first bill actually showed a credit of $499 minus my normal monthly charge(total credit of ~$375). At that point I payed my normal monthly bill amount anyway.

I just paid my second post-swap bill today and it showed up $20 less than my normal bill.

I wonder how so many people can be having so many different experiences making the switch.
