changing the billing system wouldnt make a difference the only thing that might be different is if you are on old fair and flexible the computers booted it out n sprint rushed n put pple in new plans closest to old one only problem were the charges so once you in system u would see a charge and a credit but if theirs only a credit they wont go back n fix it......ohhh and at least in the old system upgrade fees could be wave but the new one cant do not even customer service
