My billing cycle originally starts from 4th of each month, on 11/14, I requested the corporate discount and got approved. Then I could not see my current usage and my bill which is the sign of getting the discount. My colleague said our company's billing cycle started at 6th of each month, and from last Friday (12/07) I started being able to see my current usage and it showed minutes starting from 12/06 to 01/07. The problem is I still cannot see my bill online. Is this normal?

I'm worried about the bill because during the process of getting the discount, I exchanged my defective Mogul to a Touch. My account balance now was totally messed up. I used to have $130.** credit, after exchange I expected 130+50+tax difference, however, it shows 480ish credit until now online. Yesterday, I got a paper bill which seemed to be from the old billing cycle (starts 12/04). It said I owed them 395 bux, because they didn't put the credit of my Mogul on;while both online and from their phone customer service system, I still have the 480 credit. What should I do now
