My bill is back to normal with credits and charges, but they still split all of my lines into seperate accounts. That part of it is all screwed up. If I sign into my main line and then click to view minutes used it shows me one of my other lines. If I sign in on my other lines it shows the info for those lines. I have no way of viewing my minutes used on my main line and Sprint won't take the time to fix it. I keep getting told they are chaning my account over to the new billing system and it would be useless to correct it right now.
I was told to call at the end of my billing cycle to get it fixed and have my lines merged back into one account. By then I should be on the new billing system. I am going to be a little upset if they don't have this done by the end of my billing cycle. It also sucks having to sign into 3 different accounts to pay my bill. This is getting irritating.
