Well I also found out that they never extended my contract when one of the stipulations of me getting the device for 250 (as well as keeping my Mogul) was for me to extend my contract lol.

My billing cycle ends tomorrow. Right now I have a credit for $1039.23. I take it they credited my account twice for the Touch.

Don't spend your money Sprint will eventually figure everything out, and most likely charge you more than they were supposed to. You will be charged for everything you got but it will take some time for Sprints billing to catch up. I change PPC allot and have had lots of trouble with Sprint billing so just keep watching your bill.

I initially had a credit of $499 when I swapped that caused my bill not to be paid by my credit card in the normal billing cycle last month. Then they reversed the credit and charged me for the Mogul, which was in shipment via a return kit I had called and ordered. I also received a text message from Sprint indicating my account was past due. I called customer service and they said don't worry, it will be cleared up and charged to your credit card this month. Yesterday I checked my bill and I had received a credit for the Touch purchase price of $499, plus tax for a total of $540 something. I did not get credit for the price I paid on the Mogul ($549 plus tax) but I'm not complaining since they swapped phones for me and I had purchased the Mogul about 90 days before the swap.

I too had a credit of about 550.00, 7days later i checked my account and it turned into a 550.00 charge. I called them and they said they had charged my account because I hadnt returned the mogul yet.. I was like WTF its been 7 days im still deciding if its going to be a POS like your mogul . So she gave me another credit of 550.00 for an additional 30 days. So ya, they will definitely turn that credit into a charge.

Well in my case, I had the 499.99 credit on my account, followed by a 541.40 debit, then I agreed to pay 200 to keep the phone instead of sending my Mogul back and they adjusted off the difference and my balance was at 0.
Everything should have been totally fine but now suddenly another credit appears on my account, which has me nervous. So, my situation is a little bit different than yall's |
