okay so my billing is still messed up...im still showing a -$400 balance...??? i will keep on paying my monthly bill though.. what do you guys think?

Second bill cycle and I am still golden...no unexpected charges, and everything looks normal. Funny thing is that I had to send my Touch in for warranty service last week (the dreaded "dark spot" on the lcd) and thank God, I still have the Mogul as backup. Interestingly, they have made great strides in custom roms for it lately, so it doesn't suck nearly has much as it used to. A good "emergency" phone to have (especially for free).

mine is a similar story
Dec 1st ecare placed the order for touch and gave credit off 499 Dec 4th got the phone and return kit Dec 7th I got my bill with extra charges of 530 (499 for phone + 30 tax) i called sprint and got the credit for tax. now my account has zero credit and zero balance. then i sent the mogul back. i got a credit of 529.99 . it stayed for a week. now i have a credit of 29.99 which i think will stay because touch is 500 |
