mine is a similar story
Dec 1st ecare placed the order for touch and gave credit off 499
Dec 4th got the phone and return kit
Dec 7th I got my bill with extra charges of 530 (499 for phone + 30 tax)
i called sprint and got the credit for tax. now my account has zero credit and zero balance.
then i sent the mogul back.
i got a credit of 529.99 . it stayed for a week.
now i have a credit of 29.99 which i think will stay because touch is 500
