Hey all,

I have had the issue w/ Sprint TV

Unauthorized User.
Sprint TV will now exit.

After calling tech support this is a network issue, and developers are working on it, but there is no time frame for fix implementation. I spoke with both the first level helpdesk, and their second tier support folks, and while all were nice and fairly knowledgeable, they were unable to help.

On the upside, I got 10% discount on my monthly bill for my "preferred customer" status or some jazz for the next two years, so that's about a $84 per year savings, and after two years, more then 1/2 the cost of the touch!!

I have Sprint's basic plan w/ 400 min, and the $30 Vision add on, if they don't have the fix done by Thursday this week, I'll call back and have them knock off the Vision price this month as it is "crippled" without TV I think. (Or only worth the $15/mo pack)

Yeah I am with sero and i m using touch. There are only few channels. It's weird coz when I was using mogul I got all the sprint TV channels.

Good news (to Boston area Sprinters at least)
It would appear the Sprint TV app is working again for users who had this error:

Would anyone be interested in creating a Sprint Power Vision matrix so that those of us who have a hard time understanding what is or is not included in the various Power Vision packages can see it visually? I have read all the information here and from Sprint and I'm still not sure what is included in the Ultimate Power Vision package for my Sprint HTC Touch.

Also, could a matrix be developed for Sprint TV. Again, I haven't a clue as to what is free and what isn't. I understand that the listings change periodically, but maybe someone here on this site could keep it current and it could be a sticky site...sort of a Sprint TV Channel/Programming Guide. When I click on the Sprint TV icon, I have three options available to me; "Sprint TV" and "More Channels" and Sprint TV En Vivo". As I go through each site and down levels, I see some of the same channels and others that say "subscribe". I take it that with my "Power Vision Ultimate" I don't actually have "Live TV" as the store salesperson told me that I did? It appears that it is a $9.95 per month option?

If I go to "options" and the to "subscriptions" it says, "You are currently subscribed to the follow packages. Select a package to view its description. 'Movie Features' and 'NFL Network' and 'SEE Music'". The only one that provides a description is "Movie Trailers", the other two don't do anything when selected. From what I understand, or better yet, don't understand, IU am subscribed to "SEE Music" yet when I go to "Sprint TV" and scroll to "SEE Music" and then click on the various channels, they all say "Sprint Radio Premier" and has the option to "subscribe".

So......A couple of matrixes would really be helpful to me and maybe others who lurk at the bottom of the gene pool. Any other updated info would be helpful.

Oh, I take it that Sprint HTC Touch does not have access to Sirius?

i thought if i had the business pro pack for $30 i would get all the channels...but i dont get any xtra channels

I just bought my touch and when I launched the sprint tv application I was told to upgrade however now I can't view anything and I get kicked out of the system with the unauthorized user. I am on Sero in Washington State. Any way to fix this?

According to customer service Sprint Music, NFL Mobil (http://gospv.com/fbs or text 7777 "NFL"), and Sprint Navigation (http://gospv.com/nav or text 777468 "NAV") do not work on the HTC Touch. When I bought my phone the Sprint Rep neglected to tell me that when I signed up for the Ultimate Pack. Sprint TV has yet to work properly in Orange County for me.

I constantly get "Invalid User", "Channel Not Available Error 0001" when I try to watch Sprint TV. It has yet to work more then 5 or 10 minutes. The sample clips work for the most part but the live tv never works.
