I have had the issue w/ Sprint TV
Unauthorized User.
Sprint TV will now exit.
After calling tech support this is a network issue, and developers are working on it, but there is no time frame for fix implementation. I spoke with both the first level helpdesk, and their second tier support folks, and while all were nice and fairly knowledgeable, they were unable to help.
On the upside, I got 10% discount on my monthly bill for my "preferred customer" status or some jazz for the next two years, so that's about a $84 per year savings, and after two years, more then 1/2 the cost of the touch!!
I have Sprint's basic plan w/ 400 min, and the $30 Vision add on, if they don't have the fix done by Thursday this week, I'll call back and have them knock off the Vision price this month as it is "crippled" without TV I think. (Or only worth the $15/mo pack)
