Did you remove "Extension"="rilphone.dll" from [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\InternetSharing so you could tether the phone?

I have found that removing this reg key causes SprintTV to fail. Add it back and it works.

That happened to me, Now It doesnt do that but alot of the channels are blue and when i try to watch it it says "Loading Subscription Information, please try again in a few seconds".
A guy on here told me that it takes a few days for data provisioning to get all set. My advice and his is soft reset alot and if it still doesnt work in a week, call Sprint CS.

Oh and By The Way, anyone else getting "Subscription Information loading blah blah" or somehtgn along those lines

First it would not load succesfully. A quick call to tech support fixed that.(That they sent me a URL). Anyway, now it loads up. Still have no icons under the PROGRAMS Menu. Anyway, I can view some channels, but some say I need to subscribe, for example certain channels within the weather channel request I subscribe. I though these were included in my SERO plan. Any thoughts? Thanks!

How do you add it back to the registry? What kind of key was it? Thanks . . .

Has anyone had problems recently with the e! channel and the Disney channel specifically. I'm on the SERO plan and these used to be included channels. Now they show up as blue and have a message saying "Sorry. There is no subscription information for this channel" pops up when I click on them.

I've been having the following happen with my 6700 (Helmi's WM6 kitchen, THANK YOU HEMLI AND EVERYONE!), Touch, and a Motorola Q:

Anytime I use it, it buffers, then I get a wait cursor while the sound plays. After a few seconds (5-10) it will buffer again. I know that on the moto Q we loaded it on (back when we all had SprintTV for evERYone it worked fine in Chicago where we have EVDO.

So the question is, has anyone got SprintTV working in a 1x only area? All the regular phones work with it fine, but it seems to me that the WM version is EVDO only. Talk about there being some serious anger management issues with me if that is true. I'll get vindictive without my Mythbusters fix.....

It works for me on the Touch - I'm in southeastern AZ and we only have 1x here - sheureka

hey is anyone getting an invalid vid error i Just started getting that today and it won't let me use sprint tv

Just giving everyone a little insight into alot of possible sprint TV problems which may be solved by what I did. Sprint reccomended that after upgrading using the "upgraded" CAB file and I was still getting the "Unauthorizing User" error. I swapped my phone for free and it fixed my problems.
