The Titan? This is the Vogue forum... plus, SprintTV does not work on the Titan (Mogul).

For those getting "deactivated user" you need to delete the old icon from
start menu/programs after you completed the upgrade (make sure you remove the correct one), you're still clicking on the old sprint tv icon instead of the new one.

And you will not find it anywhere on the site. SprintTV is supported by MobiTV and they contacted the site admin to ask to stop distributing their application.

You have a Mogul, the Mogul does not currently support SprintTV. That is why you cannot download it directly to your device.

My TV stopped working last week sometime. I spent 2 hours on the phone with PDAtech and it still doesn't work.

I worked fine and I started getting most of the channels a few weeks ago, then it started giving me the "Unauthorized user" error.

I don't know if it has anything to do with me getting put in the new billing, but that was done on Monday the 17th & I can't log into Sprint.com to see my stuff or pay my bill. I did let the tech know that, but he didn't think it had anything to do with the TV not working.

Can anyone help me out? Everytime I go to a sprint tv channel my program just cuts off. I don't know whats wrong. And also I cant get rid of the double icon, help please.

Not sure how this happened, but one day when logging in all of the channels were unlocked. I was able to watch the Disney channel, MTV, you name it.. This only lasted two days, then they were all blocked again. Does anyone know how to unblock certain channels?

BTW - I am on a SERO plan, and I called a Sprint rep who told me that SERO plans cannot add extra channels EVEN IF WE PAY FOR THEM.. We are limited.

Any ideas or tricks to have all the channels playable again?!
