My TV stopped working last week sometime. I spent 2 hours on the phone with PDAtech and it still doesn't work.

I worked fine and I started getting most of the channels a few weeks ago, then it started giving me the "Unauthorized user" error.

I don't know if it has anything to do with me getting put in the new billing, but that was done on Monday the 17th & I can't log into Sprint.com to see my stuff or pay my bill. I did let the tech know that, but he didn't think it had anything to do with the TV not working.
