I have the $15.00 unlimited data plan. I thought I would at least be able to preview channels with this plan, but i guess not.

With that plan you should have access to a few channels actually, I know I do...

I'm also getting "unauthorized user"

Is there any way to reinitialize the data connection. Maybe thats the way to get it authenticated correctly.

Soft reset and then launch STV. it should restart the STV process and initialize.

I have no problem getting STV on my touch. And I just have the normal sero plan.

I am using a Touch. When I first got it there was an update available. I believe it is something like 1005. I was able to get all the channels.....Then recently I was going the not authorized error. So I decided to reinstall the update cab and I do not get that error anymore. The couple of free channels w/ the 15 plan are working and when I click on the other ones it tells me I must subscribe in orfer to receive them. It is $7.95 for one of the packages and there is one that says it is $9.99. I think the $9.99 offers some live channels. So everything is working correctly now.....

i installed, uninstalled and reinstalled sprint tv and still get the unauthorized error. any ideas?

I am getting no sound. Is anyone else having the same problem?
