Well crap, SprintTV has been working flawless until this morning. Now I get Invalid VID.
I wonder if Sprint is doing this or is it my Touch. -Polen

Would anyone be so kind as to zip their entire Sprint TV directory and post it here? I'll be happy to post mine if someon thinks they can figure out why mine doesn't work.
Thanks |

Boe,
It should be working, It may not be the phone. I hate to say this, knowing all the crap you've been through with Sprint, but you should call Sprint CS to make sure your provisioning is right. -Polen |

I ended up formatting my phone and it resolved the issue. Had to install the new cab and expand the cache - not many channels work without the ultimate vision though - I just have unlimited data. This is actually pretty unimportant to me - I just wanted to know why it didn't work - there are far more important things to me like just getting the standard windows today screen to have the date on one line. I doubt I'll really use the sprint TV - it was just a toy I wanted to test whereas the other things are daily functions.
Thanks everyone for their help. |

I spoke with Sprint Customer service today, was passed on to Sprint Technical Support and I was advised that Sprint TV is not working on all the network; They are aware of the problem and it should be working within 48 hours.

What's interesting to me is that all the channels worked on my Mogul... yet on the Touch, it finally loads them now... but all of them say I have to subscribe. I thought the old SERO plan included Sprint TV???
