My original purchase date for the Mogul was Aug 3. On Sunday, Nov 4 , I sent an email to eCare complaining about the Mogul and requesting a replacement. After some email exchange about the model I wanted, eCare sent me an email on Monday, Nov 5 indicating a Touch had been ordered for me and would arrive within 3-5 business days. I asked for a tracking number but never got one, which was a little frustrating; however, my new Touch arrived on Thurs Nov 8 so all is well.

What was the average wait time on receiving replys to your emails? I've sent off two in the past two days and have yet to receive anything but the auto responder.

30 minutes for me. I've got one guy who's answered each email -- and ordered the Touch for me.
Are you sending it via Sprint's site or via the ecare email? |

Yeah I decided to go for it after turning off HTC's keyboard and using the stock windows mobile one with it set to have large keys. It works perfectly for me this way and I can just use the HTC XT9 for quick texts on the go.
It also helped that eCare immediately said they'd go ahead and ship it, along with a return kit for my Mogul. |

I've tried it both ways. first from the site then just a regular email. only the auto responder both ways.

My initial email was from the Sprint site last weekend, after that I just replied to the emails sent to my yahoo mail. I finally decided Wednesday to pull the trigger on the swap. And my Touch was at my house when I got home today, return kit and all.
