My original purchase date for the Mogul was Aug 3. On Sunday, Nov 4 , I sent an email to eCare complaining about the Mogul and requesting a replacement. After some email exchange about the model I wanted, eCare sent me an email on Monday, Nov 5 indicating a Touch had been ordered for me and would arrive within 3-5 business days. I asked for a tracking number but never got one, which was a little frustrating; however, my new Touch arrived on Thurs Nov 8 so all is well.
