Has anyone seen that sometimes X-Button overlaps the OK button of open apps.
For example, if you open Text Messaging the X-button icon (for the task manager menu) goes away and is replaced by an OK button. However, last night when setting up Weatherpanel, I noticed that on the settings screen I had the OK button and the X-button icon on top. So when I clicked OK the settings were saved, but the X-button task manager came up too. No huge deal, however, somehow annoying.

calls in sleep mode
Last night I missed MULTIPLE calls and text messages because it seems that my Touch did not give any notification of them after going into sleep mode. When I woke it up, I got the notification of having a voicemail.
My first instinct was to blame slide2unlock which I installed yesterday so I have removed it now to see if the problem happens again. I also never recieved any of the text messages but I'd say sprints network is to blame for that and not the touch other than it causing them not to be recieved when they were first sent. |

That's interesting to know. I disabled HTC X button and Large Today Menu and it got rid of the corrupted close button. Since I did this the WHOLE phone is way more stable (wierd little glitches and hangs are completely gone even when really stressing the phone). Maybe yours is a more precise fix.
What is the "Quick Menu"? Also anyone notice the bogus font's on Comm Manager. Sometimes it's a huge blocky font, sometimes tiny font and sometimes a nice looking correct sized font. Seemsto depend on how you get to it and what you ran prior. |
