For example, if you open Text Messaging the X-button icon (for the task manager menu) goes away and is replaced by an OK button.
However, last night when setting up Weatherpanel, I noticed that on the settings screen I had the OK button and the X-button icon on top. So when I clicked OK the settings were saved, but the X-button task manager came up too.
No huge deal, however, somehow annoying.

I "worked around" this by opening the Task Manager (in system settings) and turning off "Enable Quick Menu on Today screen".
