You have to say this: that you called them back over the weekend. they offered you the tp2 and all the other ones as well. you told the rep you were not sure about it so wanted to go to the store and have a look at the models. so you are now just calling back with your decision. they will try and tell you tp2 not available right now, that is when you say that is what was offered to you and that is what you want. you do not mind waiting a week or so since it is on Back order. the supervisor will give in to you. worked for me first try when i said that.

it was so fast and painless, unlike the 10 other calls i had, the regular CS put me on hold for 2mins after i explained the story over the weekend and he quickly processed my order for the Touch Pro 2!!!!!!

What makes you think they can't charge your Sprint bill? Seeing as how the last replacement I got was billed to my Sprint bill I'd imagine they can put their didn't return fee on their too...

if you tell them you lost your phone just say something that wont allow anyone to find it. then they send you a replacement and you get to keep the original to do what you please with it.

if they ask you to call sprint to block your phone tell em you'll call them later or that na its not worth it no one will get a hold of the phone anyways lol..

well they told me they do not charge the sprint bill. if they have an issue with me not returning the phone, that is between them and myself, no longer sprint. i begged and pleaded with them to charge the $100 to my sprint bill. They said they no longer do that, but once did. whatever, i am going to keep my tp1 as well..worst comes to worst, i send it back...oops i forgot..worth a try, and i think odds are in my favor.

they offered to put mine on the bill multiple times. i said no cuz i didnt want authorize em to. if they do it once i think theyre allowed to until u take it back. like bill pay at the bank. but, like i said in my case they offered. it may have to do with your sprint spending limit. any one here on that program with sprint?

i had my deductible charged to my account as it was one of the two options. perhaps u were unlucky and had a lousy CS.

they wouldn't do my bill. i tried for like 3 mins to convince them. if the charge were on the bill, it is easy to call sprint and have them remove it. i called anyway and they gave me a $20 credit, not much, but I will take it. I will call them again tomorrow and try to get the rest.

the supervisor is the one who told me they no longer charge deduct to the sprint bill, only major credit/debit card. i guess it really depends who you get. i don't care, i am still keeping my tp1 until they try and hit me with $300.
