Asurion replacing TP with TP2

I just got a tp2. The tp's are back in stock, but tp2's are not. They will insist you get the same phone. first, you have to ask for a supervisor. i have spoken to 10 reps all of them said no dice. the supervisor did it right away for me.

You have to say this: that you called them back over the weekend. they offered you the tp2 and all the other ones as well. you told the rep you were not sure about it so wanted to go to the store and have a look at the models. so you are now just calling back with your decision. they will try and tell you tp2 not available right now, that is when you say that is what was offered to you and that is what you want. you do not mind waiting a week or so since it is on Back order. the supervisor will give in to you. worked for me first try when i said that.
