Ya well I kinda hope Im wrong to but when I got my new touch pro it was fedex back in February and all my refurbs have been UPS. Remember to check refurb status with the ##778# menu to confirm when you post what you got.

Mine was brand new i got it from Fedex, can't remember the weight I'll try to find it later. My rep told me explicitly that it was BNIB it would come with everything without me asking if it helps.

So there we have it. So far we know that when shipped by fedex and weighs 2lbs, it's brand new. Anyone received one via UPS weighing .9 lbs?

Re: Asurion replacing TP with TP2

Does Asurion have a limit to claims per year before they kick you off the program?

I lost my Touch in Seattle back in June and filed a claim for it.

Well not quite, we still haven't heard from someone who has received a UPS shipment of the TP2 weighing .9 lbs.

Re: Asurion replacing TP with TP2

Man some of yall come up with some of the silliest theories. I got mine from UPS and it was .9 and yes it was NIB. Do you really think they're going to select a carrier based off of whether its a new one or a refurb lol.. I mean seriously.
